From the Webmaster's Desk - Head of the Family
Very often, we hear our friends say:
"I make the big decisions in the house and my wife will take care of the other matters... However, there are no big decisions to be made in my home."
(His wife has the final say...)
Lately, I heard of another way of saying this:
"I am the General of the House. I give my wife the rank Major- a few ranks under me. I make decisions for all "General" matters while she makes the "Major" decisions."
(What's the difference? He gives his wife the final say...)

Animated Series: The Sun will always Rise Again Tomorrow
Inspired by a reader's comment...
"We can never see the sunrise by looking toward the west." (japanese proverb)

Fun@Work - Generation Gap
In order to promote the speaking of proper English, a teacher in a particular primary school put on a construction helmet and yellow boots so as to imitate "Phua Chu Kang" (a character in Channel 5 sitcom who speaks Singlish) during a school assembly.
When he went up the stage, he asked at the top of his voice, " do you know who I am?"
The lower primary students shouted, "Bob, The Builder!"
There are no failures, only learning experiences...
